About me
Elaine has over 7 years of experience across various fields in both the private and public sectors, including private practice, hospital based, community, rehabilitation, paediatrics, and NDIS. With her wealth of knowledge, she is passionate in providing an individualised treatment that incorporates a hands-on and exercise based approach, aiming to help clients achieve their goals no matter how big or small.
Elaine’s areas of interest include paediatrics, working with people with diabilities, neurological rehabilitation, muskuloskeletal injuries and assisting in returning to sport. She strongly believes that movement is medicine and hopes to assist everyone with their movement and function, to allow them to continue to live their lives happily and with minimal difficulty, pain and reduce their risk of re-injury.
In her spare time Elaine enjoys running, hiking, going to the gym, as well as cooking and eating good food.
